What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival time: between 4 pm and 6 pm.
Departure time: before 11 am.
Arrival and departure times can be changed if a request is made in advance.

Do your rates include tourist tax?

Our rates do not include the tourist tax, which will be paid on site (85cts/adult/day).

Is the price of breakfast included in the rental of the guest rooms?

An organic and locally sourced breakfast is served daily in your room. This service is available for an additional supplement a rate of 14€ (9€ for children).

Do the guest rooms have bathrooms and outdoor spaces?

All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and toilet as well as individual balconies.

What common and outdoor spaces are available?

Renting a guest room gives you access to shared common areas: kitchenette, reading corner, hut (shower and changing room), jacuzzi, garden, green terraces.

Do you offer on-site catering?

Charcuterie and local cheese plates are available on request at the reception.

Does the establishment have smoking rooms?

All our rooms are non-smoking.

Pets are not accepted in the establishment.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start date of the stay, the full amount of the stay is due. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the date of arrival, 70% of the amount of the stay will be refunded.

Is a deposit required when booking the stay?

A deposit of 30% will be requested when you book online.
